Assignment Cover Sheets

All assignments must have a completed cover sheet. Please fill in all fields, print, sign and attach the cover sheet to your assignment.

• Standard LCCS assignment cover sheet (PDF)
  Hard copies of the standard LCCS assignment coversheet are also available from the seating area outside the School Office located on Level 3, Gordon Greenwood Building (#32).

Guidelines for Writing and Presentation of Assignments (PDF)
These guidelines contain information on how to lay out and present your essays, as well as how to use citations and a bibliography. 

The application for extension of progressive assessment can be found on MyAdvisor forms online.
This application for extension of assessment form must be completed by the student and submitted to the course coordinator with a medical certificate, if appropriate.

Application for preliminary approval of overseas study (PDF)
This form is used for programs not covered by UQ Abroad.
